Good Ideas

“Where did you get the idea to drive the Pan-American Highway?” was the question posed to us while enjoying sundowners on our deck overlooking the Pacific in Tamarindo.  What followed was a shuffled playlist of stories from both of us starting over 5 years ago.  The tale was long, fragmented, and lacked an “ah-ha” moment.  The reality is that good ideas resemble turtles being coaxed out of hiding. There is no romanticized light bulb switch.

20 Things I’ve Learned From Traveling the World
